 BlackWing Machine is owned by BlackWing Industries. The BlackWing family of companies include BlackWing Machine, Specialized Tactical Systems and BlackWing Technologies. 

 Started in 2008, BlackWing and its subsidiaries have developed and refined processes that allow greater flexibility, precision and pricing power. Starting with one Vertical Mill in a tiny garage sized space making Billet Lower Receivers (before it was cool), and then growing into a large full scale manufacturing and engineering facility.
